Payment and Shipping
We use PayPal for handling all of our electronic payments. PayPal accepts all major credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard, etc.). As protection for you and us, we do not handle your credit card numbers. PayPal
has a very secure system, excellent fraud protection, and 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
encryption. The only information we get is your name, shipping information and e-mail to notify you of
shipment. Please check this information carefully.

YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR
ONE
. When you get to the check out page, if you do not have an account, use the left side of the
payment screen, input your information and check out like any other shopping cart. If you have a
PayPal account, you can sign in the area on the right side of the screen and proceed as normal.

The system we use also allows us to e-mail an invoice. We use this for high quantity orders or for
non-standard shipping and is NOT available for normal purchases.

Your items are usually shipped within 1 - 2 days after the payment has cleared.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS.
We currently only ship to U.S. addresses. We do plan to add international shipping in the future. Until
we offer full international shipping, if you live outside of the U.S. and see something you like, please
Contact Us and let me know what the item is and where you would like to have it shipped. I will check
with the mail service and see what it takes and get back to you shortly.

We ship all merchandise using USPS Priority Mail.
( We are currently looking at changing to flat rate
shiping. This would mean shipping would be $5.00. We hope to make the change shortly
as we are
waiting on supplies)


Shipping on all items is based on the weight of the item (including packaging) and the state (or mailing
zone from southern Louisiana) it is delivered to. A box with 1 lb. of items equates to approx. 5 - 6
slimline pens or 4 larger sized pens. A 1 lb. box to all states is $5.30. A dozen items may weigh approx.
3 lbs. and can be shipped to Alaska for $13.50.

(if desired) will be charged at cost.

You can see your shipping cost on the first page of the checkout screen. After reviewing your cart,
proceed to the checkout screen. At the top of the page, there is a link to calculate your postage. Clicking
on it will open a box for input of the zip code where the item is to be shipped.

Your order will ship within two days after payment has cleared. (see Payment section). An e-mail will
be sent to you when the item ships. Please make sure you e-mail address is correct. Custom orders will
be shipped within 4 - 6 weeks. Usually, it is much quicker and is based on availability of materials.

Shipping insurance is optional and is based on the dollar amount ordered. Please note, that any claims
regarding non delivered or items damaged in shipping will
NOT be honored unless they were insured.
